How we handle information when you visit Double A or contact us.

Your enquiry
The enquiry tool prepares an email in your browser. It does not submit your details to our website or save them in a website database. Copying the message places it on your device’s clipboard. “Open email app” opens a draft; you decide whether to send it.
If you email us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use these to answer your enquiry and arrange any services you request. We do this to take steps towards a contract you request, or in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry, manage any resulting work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Website technology
The website’s own code does not add advertising trackers or analytics. Our hosting provider may process technical information and use cookies for security and operation.
Links to YouTube, Amber’s speaking site and other websites take you to third-party services with their own privacy practices. We do not embed videos or social-media trackers.
Your information and choices
Contact amber@amberallen.ai to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask us to restrict processing, provide a portable copy or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
